Our work

Psychosocial support and practical help

Five groups of people, one commitment: no one should have to recover alone.

People living with disabilities

Living with a disability can mean facing barriers every day — and too often, isolation. We help people build confidence, independence and connection.

  • Counselling and peer support groups
  • Help with mobility aids and assistive devices
  • Support for families and caregivers
  • Advocacy for inclusion in school, work and community life

Children from broken homes

Children caught in family breakdown need stability, safe adults and someone to talk to. We work with children and their caregivers to restore a sense of security.

  • Child-friendly counselling and play-based support
  • Mentoring with trained, vetted volunteers
  • Help with school fees, uniforms and supplies
  • Family support and referrals to child-protection services

Survivors of sexual violence

Survivors deserve to be believed and supported on their own terms. Our care is confidential, survivor-led and free of judgement.

  • Confidential one-to-one counselling
  • Accompaniment to medical and legal services
  • Safe spaces and survivor support groups
  • Help with shelter, livelihoods and other practical needs

Survivors of torture

The effects of torture can last long after the physical wounds heal. We offer trauma-informed care that helps survivors regain safety and trust.

  • Trauma-focused psychosocial support
  • Referrals for medical and rehabilitation care
  • Help navigating legal and protection services
  • Community reintegration and livelihood support
